SJTA Announces Public Hearings related to the Newly Constructed EZPass Only Interchange 17

South Jersey Transportation Authority

Please take notice that, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 27:25A-20(a), the South Jersey Transportation Authority will hold public hearings in Atlantic, Camden and Gloucester Counties and accept public comment regarding a proposed toll to be paid by motorists utilizing the Atlantic City Expressway entering at the newly constructed EZPass only Interchange 17. The toll will be charged in accordance with the following schedule:

Limo $4.50
Dual Tire $4.50
Three Axle $6.75
Four Axle $9.00
Five Axle $11.25
Six Axle $13.50

The hearings will be held at the following dates, times and locations:

Gloucester County – March 22, 2010, 10:00am to 12:00pm
Deptford Township Municipal Building
1011 Cooper Street
Deptford, NJ 08096

Camden County – March 22, 2010, 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Winslow Township Municipal Building
125 South Route 73
Winslow Township, NJ 08037

Atlantic County – March 23, 2010, 3:00pm to 5:00pm
SJTA Administration Building
Frank S. Farley Service Plaza
Milepost 21.5 – Atlantic City Expressway
Hammonton, NJ 08037


Any and all written comments must be submitted by April 1, 2010 at 12:00 pm to be eligible for consideration by the hearing officer and inclusion within the report to the Board of Commissioners.
