Travel options at Atlantic City International Airport are expanding this spring with the addition of a new airline.

Breeze Airways will begin nonstop routes from Atlantic City:

● Charleston, South Carolina: starting May 6

● Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina: starting June 11

● Tampa, Florida: starting July 1

The Raleigh-Durham route marks the first time ACY will offer scheduled service to North Carolina, adding a new region to the airport’s growing list of destinations.

These routes provide direct access to a mix of coastal and metropolitan areas, offering additional options for both leisure travel and visiting friends and family.

Recent Additions at ACY

The launch of Breeze follows another recent expansion at the airport.

In December 2025, Allegiant Air introduced new nonstop service from Atlantic City to:

● Fort Lauderdale, Florida

● Orlando Sanford, Florida

● St. Pete-Clearwater, Florida

● Punta Gorda, Florida

Alongside service from Spirit Airlines and American Airlines, these additions have increased the number of destinations available from ACY.

Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) marked an exciting milestone with a celebration recognizing Allegiant Air’s inaugural nonstop flight from ACY to Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

The event celebrated the official launch of Allegiant’s newest route from ACY and the continued expansion of nonstop travel options for South Jersey travelers. Passengers on the first flight to Fort Lauderdale helped kick off what is already shaping up to be a popular new connection to South Florida, especially as travelers plan winter and spring getaways.

The celebration included a ceremonial ribbon cutting, cake-cutting, special goodie bags from Visit Atlantic City, and remarks from airport and community partners highlighting the continued growth of service at ACY and the importance of expanded travel options for the region.

We were grateful to celebrate alongside our partners, including Visit Atlantic City, OHM, Dunkin’, KB Balloons and Beyond, and Whisk Bakery, whose support helped make the event a memorable experience for travelers and guests.
