To make sure that our passengers have the most pleasant experience possible Atlantic City International Airport has a customer service desk located immediately to the right of the main entrance. Our Travel Ambassadors are available to assist passengers with their traveling needs. For more information, call 609-573-4725.

ADA Accessibility Assistance

  • Passengers can make advance arrangements for assistance in the terminal by contacting Airport Customer Service at 609-573-4725.
  • ADA accessible shuttles are available to and from the parking lots. Contact the Parking Supervisor at 609-645-7895 Ext 3778 or 609-289-1066.
  • Passengers with disabilities requiring assistance boarding need to contact their airline directly.
