Rules and Regulations

Preface

"iFlyACY" is a passenger loyalty program instituted by Atlantic City International Airport (ACY). The program rewards customers for their loyalty by enabling members to take advantage of special discounts and promotions of goods and services from the Airport and its iFlyACY program partners. 

These regulations govern the procedures for participating in and utilizing iFlyACY. 

ACY reserves the right to modify the membership and utilization procedures, as set forth below, at any time, safeguarding the rights already acquired by participants and not introducing changes that would reduce their participation during the period of validity of the Program. 

Article 1: 

1.1 Participation in the iFlyACY loyalty program is subject to compliance with all terms and conditions contained in these regulations. 

1.2 Members must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment. 

1.3 To participate in the program, applicants must apply to receive an iFlyACY Membership Card. The membership card is personal and non-transferable. Members who have successfully signed up for the iFlyACY program will receive a welcome email within 2-4 weeks with a temporary, printable iFLY parking pass. Membership cards can be picked up at the Customer Experience Desk in the airport terminal or the Airport Administration Office, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. To request a card to be mailed, send an email with your mailing address to iflyacy@acairport.com and put “Membership Card” in the subject line. 

1.4 The individual cardholders guarantee that all the information they provide is correct and they are solely responsible for any incorrect data. In case of changes in email or mailing address, members may email iflyacy@acairport.com at any time to make necessary changes. 

1.5 If a card is lost, stolen, or damaged, the cardholder should inform ACY by sending an email to iflyacy@acairport.com and request a new one to be issued. 

Article 2: 

2.1 To take advantage of promotions, members will be required to show their iFlyACY card to each retailer at the time of purchase. 

2.2 The iFlyACY Membership Card may not be used for discounts on the following product purchases: 

   Alcohol and tobacco products 

   Prescription and over the counter medicine 

   Lotteries, wagers and game cards 

   Postal products 

Article 3:

3.1 iFlyACY member participation is subject to compliance with all of the conditions outlined in these Regulations. 

3.2 iFlyACY prohibits disrespectful or demeaning behavior toward staff and personnel. ACY reserves the right to remove members from the program on the premise of this type of behavior. 

Article 4: 

4.1 iFlyACY members may at any time withdraw from the passenger loyalty program by first, unsubscribing from the email newsletter by selecting the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the page. Then, sending an email to iFlyACY@acairport.com with a subject line "Unsubscribe". 

4.2 Members may decide to Unsubscribe from the email newsletter, but remain a part of the passenger loyalty program.

Article 5: 

5.1 The processing of requested data is necessary to manage members' participation in the program, to assign premium rewards and other advantages related to the program. ACY must have access to members' personal data for purposes strictly related and essential to the operation of the program. ACY data is secured and will not be shared with a third party. 

5.2 Any refusal to provide all or part of the personal data requested, such as a complete mailing address, may prevent ACY from properly fulfilling program obligations.
